Felipe Urquilla has been with the Prince George’s County Department of Social Services for 5 years and is currently one of the CPS trainers in the CPS Education Unit. Felipe has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over 8 years of experience in working with vulnerable families. Felipe is an authorized Darkness 2 Light: Stewards of Children Facilitator and is committed to providing families with simple, proactive steps to protect children from Child Abuse and Neglect.
